I made a transparent background instead of using the code. I opened photoshop, created 1x1 and then added new layer, picked black color. Then changed opacity to 50% then exported it to gif. Done. Do not forget to leave bottom layer as invisible (clicked on eye icon as closed eye).
That is all. Just add gif to where I need. No big deal and it works.
P.S. Yes, I made that Snape background.
